I am a high-energy, Chinese high-performance Artistic Swimming coach with over 20 years of experience in elite athletics coaching, currently based in Vancouver, Canada. I’m driven by a passion for inspiring athletes to reach their full potential through a holistic approach that combines sports leadership, management, and sport science.
I’ve coached at numerous international high-level competitions, including the Asian Championships, Commonwealth Games, Pan Am Games, FINA Junior World Championships, Synchro World Cup, World Trophy, six World Championships, three Olympic qualifiers, and two Olympic Games.
My coaching philosophy is rooted in fairness, passion, and fun. I aim to pass on my positive energy, helping athletes excel in their careers and guiding them with honesty and integrity. While the pursuit of excellence is my goal, I believe in supporting each athlete through their unique journey, regardless of immediate results.
