Athletes of all genders ages 6 – 10 years who are comfortable in the water, have basic swimming skills, and can swim 50 metres unassisted are welcome (assessment will be made by the Coach). Athletes will learn basic speed swimming, routine skills and positions in artistic swimming from Level 1 up to level 6. The aim is to focus on swimming fundamentals, Artistic swimming skills, athletic abilities and flexibility.

Tips for a successful season:
• Please have the swimmer arrive at the pool 15 minutes prior to start time.
• Please check with your coach where to meet, whether at the entrance of the pool area or at the pool deck.
