From beginner-friendly recreational classes like AquaGO! to provincial and national competitive streams, our inclusive programs welcome athletes of all ages, backgrounds, and ambitions. Recreational/AquaGo

Designed for Fun, Fitness, and Friendship – Not Competition

$ 150 - $375 / Month (9 Months)
  • Designed for ages 7–12 with foundational swimming skills
  • Focus on artistic swimming fundamentals, flexibility, and choreography
  • Participate in club Water Show performances
  • Small class sizes (minimum 4, maximum 8 athletes)
  • Seasonal terms with flexible registration & location options
  • No competition participation
Beginners

Limited Competitive

Skill, Teamwork & Fun Without the Full-Time Commitment

$ 430 / Month (9 months)
  • For athletes with strong swimming skills and deep water competence
  • Requires completion of AquaGo Level 6 or equivalent
  • Maximum 10 athletes per team, minimum 4 to run a team
  • 2 training days per week, approx. 5.5 hours total

Masters

A Fun and Active Introduction to Artistic Swimming

  • Beginner-friendly program for adults interested in learning artistic swimming
  • Focus on swimming fundamentals and artistic swimming skills
  • Small class sizes (minimum 3, maximum 6 swimmers)
  • Seasonal terms with flexible registration options

  • Recommended free try-it sessions before registering

Provincial Stream Competitive

Build Strength, Skill & Confidence in Our Provincial Competitive Stream

$ 480-$530 / Month (9 months)
  • For athletes progressing from Limited Competitive and Novice levels
  • Ages range from 10+ depending on category (10U, 12U, 13+)
  • Maximum 10 athletes per team, minimum 4
  • 3-4 training days per week, approx. 9 to 13 hours of training
  • Competes in 3 to 5 provincial competitions and training meets per season
  • Opportunities to perform in team, solo, and duet routines
  • Designed to balance training with other activities

High Performance Development

Train with Purpose – Preparing Future National Stream Athletes.

$ 650 /Month (9 months)
  • Invitation-only program for athletes aged 10–13
  • Maximum 10 athletes per team, minimum 4
  • 5 training days per week, approx. 17 hours total
  • Advanced provincial stream development with higher training volume
  • Two-year commitment recommended
  • Prepares athletes for national-level competition

National Stream High Performance

Canada’s Future Champions Train Here

$ 640 - $660 / Month (9 months)
  • For elite athletes aged 13–19+ pursuing serious competition
  • 5 to 6 training days per week, approx. 18 to 23 hours total
  • Opportunities to compete regionally, provincially, nationally, and internationally
  • Intensive training and team travel opportunities
  • Designed to prepare athletes for national team selection processes
