NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERS

NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of Vancouver Pacific Wave Synchronized Swim Club (“PWS”) is called for and will be held at the Richmond City Centre Community Centre (5900 Minoru

Boulevard, Richmond, BC) on the 13th day of November, 2018 at the hour of 6:00 pm (PST) for the following purposes:

特此通知列治文花样游泳俱乐部(“PWS”)会员，年度大会将于 13 日下午 6 时(太平洋标准时间)，在列治 文市中心社区中心(位于 BC 省列治文市 5900 Minoru Boulevard)举行。 大会的目的如下:

1. To vote on (approve) the new by-laws to comply with the new BC Society’s Act.
2. To hear year end reports from the Board of Directors and Head Coach for the year ended 2018. 3. To elect the 2018-19 season Board of Directors.
4. To transact such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.

1. 投票(批准)新章程以遵守新的 BC会法案。

2. 听取董事会和总教练 2018 年度的年终报告。
