Athletes of all genders age to 7-10, can swim 25m unassisted, comfortable jumping into deep water, able to tread water for 5 seconds (assessment will be made by Coach). Athletes will learn basic speed swimming, routine skills and positions in artistic swimming from Level 1 up to level 6. The aim is to focus on swimming fundamentals, Artistic swimming skills, athletic abilities and flexibility.

Tips for a successful season:
• Please have the swimmer arrive at the pool 15 minutes prior to start time.
• Please check with your coach where to meet, whether at the entrance of the pool area or at the pool deck.
• Please email your coach or coordinator ahead of time if there will be an absence or late arrival.
