Competitive artistic swimming at Pacific Wave Artistic Swim Club offers structured training, skill development, and the opportunity to perform in local, provincial, and national competitions. Our programs are tailored to different age groups and skill levels, ensuring every athlete finds the right fit to thrive.





Limited Competitive (LCOM)
For athletes looking for competition experience without a full-time training schedule.
- Ages: Varies
- Focus: Skill development, local events, balancing school and sport.
- Training: 2 times per week

Provincial Stream 10U
For athletes under 10 ready to compete at the provincial level.
- Ages: 8–10
- Focus: Technique, teamwork, and first competition experiences..
- Training: 3 times per week

Provincial Stream 12U
For athletes aged 11–12 aiming for higher performance at provincial meets.
- Ages: 11–12
- Focus: Increased technical skills, choreography, and endurance.
- Training: 3 times per week

Provincial Stream 13+
Designed for teen athletes competing at the highest provincial level.
- Ages: 13+
- Focus: Advanced routines, flexibility, and competitive mindset.
- Training: 3 times per week

High Performance Development (HPD)
The step before national competition, bridging provincial success to elite performance.

- Focus: Intensive training, advanced artistic skills, and mental preparation.

National Stream – High Performance Youth
Elite training for young athletes aiming for national recognition.
- Ages: 13 - 15
- Focus: National-level routines, precision, and artistry.
- Training: 5 times per week

National Stream – High Performance Junior & Senior
Our most elite athletes competing at national and international levels.
- Ages: 16 - 20
- Focus: Mastery of technique, endurance, and performance under pressure.
- Training: 4 times per week
